Meeting Information
Mark your calendars! Our next meeting is a potluck and business meeting scheduled for January 19 starting at 6:00pm. Come join us at Pam and Phil Lopes' home with family, friends and a dish of food to share. Their home is located at 1421 N. Camino de Juan. To get there, drive west on Speedway, pass Greasewood and just as the road merges to two lanes you will come to Camino de Juan. Take a right and the Lopes' house is the last house on the left.
There is no Ethnic dinner scheduled for December. We hope you will use this time to help out at the street fair.
Catherine (our President) and her husband, Raymond, are excited to announce the arrival of daughter Sika Isabelle Hounfodji. (Sika is pronounced "SEEK-uh"). She arrived on Wednesday, September 26th at 9:01 a.m., weighed in at 8 lbs 6 oz and measured 20 in.
RPCV-SA Activities:
From the Prez, Catherine North:
Dear Fellow RPCVs,
Thank you all for coming out in November. We had a great crowd, and I was pleased to see so many Fellows, too. We hope you’ll all be back in January.
We're gearing up for the December Street Fair, so please consult your calendars and sign up for a volunteer shift.
Speaking of calendars, we still have a lot of the wonderful international calendars that the Madison RPCV group puts together. You can buy them for yourself, for gifts, or to sell to friends and colleagues – remember, this is a fundraiser, too.
I’m looking forward to seeing you soon.
catherine
